Typical FeMn furnace (33MVA)
The FeMn/SiMn furnace is used in smelting plant for smelting manganese ore to produce metallurgical grade FeMn or SiMn. DHHI is capable of contracting and organizing large EPC project of the complete smelting plant including design, manufacturing, erection, commissioning with mechanical, electrical and hydraulic integration.
1. The technological process of FeMn/SiMn furnace
The FeMn/SiMn furnace is used for smelting manganese ore to produce FeMn or SiMn products.

DHHI has totally built nearly 50 sets of FeMn/SiMn smelting furnaces. The largest FeMn/SiMn plant built by DHHI has 6 sets of 39MVA and 2 sets of 25.5MVA furnaces in Guizhou Province, China. And another large FeMn/SiMn plant built by DHHI has 8 sets of 36MVA furnaces in Chongqing, China.
