PRODUCT ADVANNTAGES

FeCr furnace

Oxidation pelletizing process
Through grinding, pelletizing and sintering, it realizes short flow production of high carbon ferrochrome, energy saving and low carbon emission, and reduces 200-300kWh of electricity consumption per ton.

SiMn furnace

The furnace cover is fully enclosed to prevent contact between furnace gas and air, resulting in a small amount of flue gas. The material pipe is filled with materials, which can be continuously supplied and sealed.

FeSi furnace

Considering characteristics of ferrosilicon raw material, DHHI can provide three mature feeding methods, thus to achieve stable smelting operation. (Triangle feeding belt;(single) Circular feeding trolley;Circular feeding device)

FeNi furnace

Drying process: The laterite nickel ore is sent to a drying kiln, where a hot blast stove provides a heat source to dry the ore.

The dried laterite nickel ore is mixed with ingredients and sent to a rotary kiln for roasting together with the coal powder produced in the coal powder preparation process. The roasted material enters the ore smelting furnace for smelting, and the waste residue is separated and discharged, finally obtaining the crude FeNi finished product
