Product Description

DHHI has been in the leading position in manufacture of submerged arc furnace in China. DHHI has world first-class workshop and quantity of advanced foreign and domestic equipment and advanced detecting means; by using equipment such as advanced CNC plasma cutter and plate pretreatment line, computerized lath lofting equipment, one-piece profiling and press-working equipment, large annealing kiln, etc., the overall processing level is improved; by using advanced RT, UT, MT, colouring detection and eddy current detection means, the inside and surface of large steel structure and various casting and forging can be detected so that the product quality is fully assured.
DHHI is the main enterprise in designing and manufacturing large submerged arc furnace in China. The products mainly include calcium carbide furnace, ferroalloy furnace, silicon metal furnace, titanium slag furnace, etc. Since1959 when the first submerged arc furnace was produced, DHHI has supplied over 500 sets of submerged arc furnaces to domestic and overseas customers. Till now, DHHI has developed and put into operation the 6.3MVA-60MVA series submerged arc furnaces and meanwhile possessed complete technology for 60MVA, 75MVA, 81MVA and 190MVA series large size furnace, raw material treatment technology, automatic tapping technology, Intelligent plant, etc. through independent research and development and been the standard establishment unit for submerged arc furnace industry.
Ferrosilicon production is a smelting process in which silica is used as raw material, coke, blue charcoal, charcoal, bituminous coal, etc. are used as reducing agents, and iron-containing material in a furnace.
The ferrosilicon production process includes raw material preparation, batching and feeding, furnace top quantitative hopper, electric furnace smelting, out-of-furnace refining, casting, slag returning or utilization, and finished product finishing.
